A guided, start-to-finish estate plan. Completed in weeks, not months — from home or in person.
Attorney-quality estate planning at a fraction of the traditional cost — with benefits most firms don't offer.
The cost of an unfinished estate plan isn’t measured in dollars.
It’s measured in the burden left to your family.
Responsible families plan for change. When life shifts — marriage, children, a move, new assets — your documents update with you. At no additional cost. For life.*
*Lifetime amendments are available through our partnership with Trust & Will and are subject to the continuation of that platform relationship and its current terms of service.
Most firms hand you documents and disappear. We stay until your plan is fully funded, fully recorded, and fully executed — then we keep supporting you.
Every step — consultation through notarization — can be completed from your home. Secure, legally recognized, and built around your schedule.
Your documents are prepared through Trust & Will — a legally-vetted estate planning platform used by hundreds of thousands of families nationwide.

Register for Next Webinar →Our relationship doesn’t end at signing. We ensure your trust is properly funded, titles are transferred, investment accounts are retitled, and your plan is fully executed — not just drafted. Lifetime amendments and ongoing trust administration support are included with our Personal Protection and Essential Trust plans.
A revocable living trust holds your assets during your lifetime and transfers them to your beneficiaries when you pass — without going through probate. If you own property, have dependents, or want to keep your estate private, a trust is one of the most effective tools available.
We are not a law firm, and we are not licensed attorneys. Arizona Trust and Will is a concierge estate planning service operated by experienced financial advisors. We guide you through the process and coordinate every step — your documents are generated through the Trust & Will platform, a legally-vetted technology system used by families nationwide, and reviewed by an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer for accuracy. For complex legal matters, we connect you with trusted partner attorneys.
Life changes — marriages, new children, moves, asset changes. When you purchase a Personal Protection or Essential Trust plan, we update your documents at no additional cost for as long as you're a client. Most firms charge $500–$1,000+ per amendment. Lifetime amendments are provided through our partnership with the Trust & Will platform and are subject to the continuation of that relationship and its current terms of service.
Attorney-prepared trust packages in Arizona typically range from $2,500 to $5,000 or more. Our Essential Trust Plan is $2,750 — and includes your trust, will, all supporting documents, a quality review by an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer, notarization, property title transfer, investment account ownership updates, and lifetime amendments.*
Both options are available. Every step can be completed remotely from home using our secure platform and Proof for remote online notarization (RON). Or, if you prefer a face-to-face experience, you’re welcome at our Scottsdale office. Most clients choose a mix of both.
After your trust is signed and funded, we don't disappear. We provide ongoing guidance to help you manage your trust, update beneficiaries, retitle assets, and ensure your plan stays current and properly funded.
For complex estates — including special needs trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, multi-state property, or tax-sensitive structures — we connect you with vetted partner attorneys who specialize in advanced estate planning.
For $300 per year, you get unlimited access to an Arizona-licensed attorney through the Trust & Will platform. Ask questions, get legal guidance on your estate plan, and have professional support whenever you need it — with no hourly billing and no surprise fees.
No. Arizona Trust and Will is a concierge estate planning service — not a law firm or document preparation service. We do not practice law, provide legal advice, or prepare legal documents. We facilitate and coordinate the estate planning process; all documents are generated through the Trust & Will platform based on information you provide, and reviewed by an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer. For specific legal questions, we recommend consulting a licensed attorney.
